Keihan Stainless Steel Exhausts.
Flasher unit replaced with modern car type.
Fuses etc, housed in plastic box replacing housing in Headlamp housing for ease of access. Original headlamp housing provided.

Note the contact breaker plate is secured by original screw and replacement stud and nut. Presumably the thread was stripped in an adjustment.
Replacement cast iron front disc for wet weather stopping power.
Old age problems forcing sale.
I was informed by the SMB Motorcycles at Pinhoe that it was originally supplied by them and had been regularly serviced .I purchased it from Exeter, the guy had just come into money and bought a brand new red R100RT so he hadn’t had it long. Although the fairing was made to look a bit like a police bike it was not, as it did not have the dual disc conversion.
Tape is attached to both sides of the tank to protect it from the seat.
Location of first aid kit.
Unfotunately some toerags ripped of the BMW roundels on the cases.
The electrics were orignally located in the headlamp nacelle which meant having to taek out the headlamp if access was required. They have been relocated to this plastic box, the original nacelle is avaialable.
Kiehan Stainless Steel Exhausts.
This box contains the relay for the air horns, a 12v socket and the switches for the rear fog lamp, the driving lamp and the 12v outlet.
As you can see the name plate is not attached to the nearside, it seems it was glued on, here is the plate.
